boles de picaulat recette catalane hum!!!!!!!!!!!! c’est bon

  • 1 kg chair à saucisse
  • 300 g de boeuf haché
  • 1 oignon moyen
  • 5 morceaux d’ail
  • 2 oeufs
  • sel, poivre, farine
  • un peu de tomate
  • champignons secs
  • olives denoyautées
  • puis accompagnement haricots roux frais
Hachez oignon, ail finement. Mélangez la chair à saucisse, le boeuf, l’ail, l’oignon, 2 oeufs entiers, sel, poivre :
la viande doit se détacher du plat
former des boules de viande, rouler les dans la farine et les faire revenir
le lendemain, faire la sauce rousse : ail, oignon revenus dans de l’huile
ajoutez un peu de tomate, un peu de farine et de l’eau
Ajoutez les boules avec les champignons secs et les olives
(faire bouillir les olives pour retirer l’amertume)
cuire à feux doux 2 heures afin que la viande prenne le goût de la sauce.
Salez, poivrez, si la sauce est trop claire rajoutez de la maîzena.
enfin, faire cuire les haricots, les ajouter à la sauce et servir à part
                                                                                    bon appétit
