Pâtes vertes et langoustines (salade)
Pour 4 personnes
300 g de langoustines
2 gousses d’ail
4 cuillères à soupe de jus d’orange
4 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive
350 g de spaghettis verts
1/2 bouquet de mélisse
4 cuillères à soupe de crème fraiche
2 cuillère à soupe de jus de citron
rondelle de citron engarniture
sel, poivre
Préparation 30 mns
+ temps de macération
Décortiquez les langoustines
Pratiquez une incision le long du dos et retirez la veine intestinale.
Rincez et séchez
Pelez l’ail et hachez
Mélangez le jus d’orange, l’huile d’olive et 1 pincée de sel
Incorporez les langoustines
Laissez mariner 1 heure
Cuire les pâtes dans l’eau bouillante salée
Puis une fois al dente
Rincez à l’au froide et égouttez
Lavez la mélisse et réservez en quelques feuilles pour la garniture
Détaillez les feuilles restantes en fine lanières
Mélangez la crème fraiche et le jus de citron, salez, poivrez
Incorporez la mélisse
Egouttez les langoustines
Passez les au gril 2 minutes de chaque côtés
Dans un plat, mélangez pâtes et sauce
Ajoutez langoustines
garnir de mélisse et rondelle de citron
