Ingrédients
- 2 bananes
- 4 boules de Glace Vanille Noix de Macadamia LA LAITIERE
- 8 biscuits type sablés
- 4 cuillerées à soupe de confiture de lait
- 8 cuillerées à soupe de chantilly en bombe
Préparation
- Coupez les bananes en rondelles. Disposez-les dans le fond des coupes,
- ajoutez des brisures de biscuits et couvrez avec de la confiture de lait.
- Ajoutez une boule de glace dans chaque coupe
- Décorez avec la chantilly et la confiture de lait.
Remplacez la confiture de lait par du caramel.
Ajoutez 2 poires coupées en morceaux pour constituer
l’une des 5 portions de fruits et légumes quotidiennes recommandées par les nutritionnistes.
