Aspics de crevettes au paprika

L’astuce saveur Gelée au Madère MAGGI
Un petit air de fête en toute liberté !
Grâce à la Gelée au Madère, décorez vos plats et agrémentez vos papilles! Elle est aux terrines et viandes froides ce que le nappage est aux gâteaux :
le joli détail gourmand tout en restant pauvre en matières grasses ! Brillante et dorée, la gelée délicatement parfumée au madère apporte fraîcheur et légèreté à vos plats.
- 1 demi poivron rouge
- 150 g de petites crevettes cuites décortiquées
- aneth
- 1 sachet de Gelée au Madère MAGGI
- 1 cuillerée à café de paprika
- 1. Réalisez la Gelée selon le mode d’emploi. Laissez-la refroidir. Dans une poele, faites revenenir les dés de poivrons.
- 2. Roulez les crevettes dans le paprika.
- 3. Lavez et coupez le poivron en tout petits dés.
- 4. Lavez quelques brins d’aneth.
- 5. Versez dans les ramequins 1 cm de gelée ajoutez un brin d’aneth et quelques dés de poivron. Placez au réfrigérateur 10 minutes.
- 6. Versez dans chaque ramequin la gelée restante et ajoutez les crevettes les dés de poivron restants et l’aneth.
- 7. Placez au réfrigérateur 3 heures.
- 8. Pour démouler placez le fond des ramequins dans l’eau chaude quelques secondes et passez la pointe d’un couteau sur le bord.
Pour que votre recette Aspics de crevettes au paprika soit encore meilleure 
our des couleurs plus variées, ajoutez des dés de poivrons jaunes, oranges ou verts.
