- 1 kg de potiron
- 1 boîte de 410 g de lait concentré non sucré
- 2 cubes de Bouillon de Volaille MAGGI
- 400 ml d’ eau
- 1 pincée de poivre
- 1. Retirez les graines et les fibres du potiron.
- 2. Pelez et coupez-le en morceaux.
- 3. Faites-le cuire dans votre autocuiseur,
- avec l’eau et les tablettes de bouillon, environ 10 minutes à partir de la rotation de la soupape.
- 4. Ajoutez le lait, poivrez et mixez.
