- 1 boîte de lentilles en conserve (800g)
- 1 cube de Bouillon goût Bœuf MAGGI
- 1 boîte de lait concentré non sucré (410g)
- 1 pincée de poivre
- 1. Dans une casserole, faites chauffer à feu doux les lentilles avec leur jus, le bouillon de boeuf et le lait. Poivrez.
- 2. Mixez la préparation pendant 1 minute et servez.
Pour que votre recette Velouté de lentilles soit encore meilleure 
écorez de lardons grillés et de persil haché. Vous pouvez remplacer la boîte de lentilles par une boîte de haricots blancs.
