Moules gratinées à l'ail rose et aux herbes

Grattez et ébarbez les moules.

Mettez-les dans une marmite,

couvrez et faites cuire jusqu’à ce que les moules soient bien ouvertes.

Retirez-les de la marmite laissez-les tiédir.

Pendant ce temps, lavez, séchez, effeuillez et hachez finement le persil.

Pelez et hachez l’ail. Mélangez l’ail, le persil et beurre à la fourchette.

Salez et poivrez. A part, mélangez le parmesan et la chapelure.

Préchauffez le four en position grill. Retirez la partie supérieure des coquilles de moules.

Posez -les au fur et à mesure dans des petits plats à gratin.

Garnissez-les de persillade, puis poudrez du mélange parmesan-chapelure.


Enfournez et faites gratiner 5 minutes. Servez dès la sortie du four.
