Les mots “hiver” et « recule » commencent par une consonne comme le verbe « RECULER ». En hiver on recule d’une heure. On gagne donc une heure de sommeil. Ex : le dimanche matin après le changement d’heure, il n’est plus 8h mais 7h.
Deuxième astuce : L’orthographe du mois en AV ou RE
Pour le changement d’heure d’été. Le mois AVRIL commence par AV donc on AVance d’une heure et on perd une heure de sommeil.
Pour le changement d’heure d’hiver. Le mois OCTOBRE finit par RE donc on REcule d’une heure et on gagne une heure de sommeil.
