Biscuit croustillant double chocolat et yaourt crémeux

          Ingrédients de la recette

  •       4             Yaourts à la grecque céréales chocolat de Nestlé
  •       1        rouleau          de       pâte feuilletée
  •       150        gr          de       Chocolat Noir

      Préparation de la recette      :

Préchauffez le four à 200°C.

Déroulez la pâte feuilletée, coupez-la en 2, puis en lanières et créez des petits rouleaux.

Enfournez pour 6-7 minutes, jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient dorés et croustillants. Laissez refroidir.

Pendant ce temps, écrasez légèrement les céréales chocolat de chaque yaourt à la grecque.

Faites fondre le chocolat au bain-marie. Lorsqu’il est bien lisse, trempez une extrémité des rouleaux dedans, puis dans les céréales de chaque yaourt à la grecque.

Déposez les biscuits au fur et à mesure sur une feuille de papier sulfurisée, et placez au frais pendant 30 minutes pour qu’ils durcissent.

Dégustez en trempant dans les yaourts à la grecque.

Astuces pour cette recette

Variez les plaisirs avec du chocolat blanc ou au lait.
