Remède de grand-mère : sirop contre la toux
Prix de revient : 3 euros
Ingrédients : 1 gros navet, 1 gros oignon, 3?4 de litre d’eau bouillante, 150 g de miel.
Réalisation : coupez en lamelle l’oignon et le navet, puis plongez-les dans l’eau et faites les bouillir pendant 15 minutes.
Filtrez ensuite le mélange, remettez le sur le feu, ajoutez du miel, et laissez mijoter jusqu’à obtenir une texture sirupeuse.
Lorsque la préparation nappe la cuillère c’est prêt. Mettre en flacon ambré.
Posologie : 3 à 6 cuillères à café par jour
