Réalisation : faites bouillir le bâtonnet de cannelle, les feuilles d’eucalyptus et les clous de girofle dans un demi-litre d’eau
et laissez infuser dix minutes.
Filtrez. Buvez trois à quatre tasses par jour en ajoutant le jus d’un demi-citron.
Ajoutez une cuillère à café de miel pour sucrer votre tisane et profiter de tous ses bienfaits.
