INGRÉDIENTS
4 crêpes (6 si elles sont petites) préparées suivant votre recette préférée
2 petites oranges (de préférence bio)
2 c. à soupe de sucre
50 g de beurre
2 c. à soupe de Grand-Marnier (ou Cointreau)
2 c. à soupe de cognac pour flamber
PRÉPARATION
ÉTAPE 1
Lavez et récupérez le zeste des oranges. Pressez ensuite vos fruits pour récupérer le jus. Dans une grande poêle, faites fondre le sucre jusqu’à obtenir un caramel léger. Ajoutez le jus d’orange, le Grand-Marnier et les zestes.
ÉTAPE 2
Faites chauffer à feu moyen et ajoutez le beurre coupé en morceaux. Trempez une crêpe dans ce jus sirupeux, retournez-la et pliez-la en quatre. Réservez-la dans un coin de la poêle et procédez de la même façon pour les crêpes suivantes.
ÉTAPE 3
Augmentez la puissante de chauffe, versez le Cognac et flambez. Servez immédiatement.
