Saltimbocca au jambon cru et brie à la truffe
Réalisable en moins de 30 minutes, cette excellente recette de saltimbocca festive devrait séduire les papilles de tous vos invités.

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes
2 blancs de poulet
8 tranches de jambon cru
100 g de brie fourré à la truffe
1 cuillère à soupe d’huile d’arachide
sel, poivre

Préparation de la recette
Préparation de la garniture
Couper le brie en fines tranches et les blancs de poulet en deux dans l’épaisseur,
poser 2 tranches de jambon à plat sur une planche,
mettre dessus les 2 blancs, saler, poivrer,
poser dessus 2 autres tranches de jambon,
et répartir sur les tranches de brie.
Préparation du roulé
Enrouler le tout en serrant bien et ficeler.
Cuisson du roulé
Faire chauffer l’huile dans une poêle,
y poser les deux rouleaux,
laisser cuire 15 minutes à feu moyen en les tournant de temps en temps,
puis les couper en tranches, et poivrer.
Servir chaud.
Conseils
+ Saveur : au lieu du brie, on peut utiliser un fromage à pâte cuite (comté ou emmenthal) coupé en fines tranches, en râpant dessus de la truffe fraîche.
