5 blancs de poulet
curry
200 g de fromage blanc
huile de colza
sel, poivre
PRÉPARATION
ÉTAPE 1
Déposez le fromage blanc dans un plat creux, puis ajoutez 1 c. à soupe d’huile et 2 c. à soupe de curry. Salez, poivrez et mélangez.
ÉTAPE 2
Coupez les blancs de poulet en deux, et faites-les mariner dans la sauce au curry pendant 1 h
ÉTAPE 3
Égouttez le poulet et faites dorer 10 min dans une poêle huilée.
ÉTAPE 4
Ajoutez la marinade, chauffez min et servez sans attendre !
