Bruschetta à la Mozzarella et au Pesto
- Préparation : 10 min

Ingrédients de la recette (pour 4 personnes)
- 160 gr de Mozzarella santa lucia « cucina »
(Mozzarella spécial cuisson en pain de 400g)
- 4 tranches de Pain de campagne
- 20 tomates cerises
- 4 c. à soupe de Pesto au basilic
- ail
- huile d’olive
- Sel et poivre
- quelques Feuilles de basilic (frais)
Préparation de la recette :
Tartinez délicatement le pain avec le pesto,
recouvrez-le avec des tranches de Mozzarella
et de petites tomates en morceaux.
Versez un filet d’huile d’olive,
ajoutez une pincée de sel et une autre de poivre.
Passez au grill quelques minutes
jusqu’à ce que la mozzarella fonde.
Décorez avec quelques feuilles de basilic.
